5 arrested with 100 bullets and sniper binoculars

The joint forces conducted a raid from the afternoon to night on Wednesday (December 18) and arrested them from the Parnanduali area of ​​the district town. They were later handed over to the Sadar Police Station.

The arrested persons are Md. Mahfuz (21), Md. Shakil (20), Md. Zarif (22), Md. Tabin (20) and Md. Babul (21). They are all residents of Parnanduali area of ​​Magura.

Magura Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Ops) Mirajul Islam said that a joint operation was conducted by the army, RAB and police in the Parnanduali area of ​​Magura Municipality on Wednesday night. During this, 100 rounds of bullets, a sniper binocular were recovered and five suspects were arrested. Later, the arrested were handed over to Magura Sadar Police Station.

A case has been filed against the arrested persons under the Arms Act at Magura Sadar Police Station.
