If you betray me, I will not leave Dr. Yunus alone: ​​Sarjis

 Sarjis Alam, General Secretary of the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation, said, "We would like to request everyone, the police, the army, the interim government. We are not brokers, we are not power-hungry. If, instead of conscience, we feel that any of you are betraying the spirit of this uprising, even Professor Dr. Yunus, we will not spare him." 

He made these remarks at the 'Bangladesh for the Martyrs' program held at the Rajshahi Shilpakala Academy on Saturday (December 14) at 3 pm, where the July Shaheed Memorial Foundation handed over a check for financial assistance to the martyrs' families.

Sarjis Alam said, "What will be the relationship between Bangladesh and India will be determined by their actions. If they want to maintain good relations, India must return the murderer Hasina instead of sheltering her. The people of Bangladesh will judge her."

Expressing anger over the fact that many Awami League leaders have not been arrested yet, Sarjis said, "Four months have passed since the 24th uprising. One of the friends of the murderer Hasina, the murderer MP Shimul of Natore, is still before us today. Even today, Sayeed is the chairman of Pabna, he exists in this Bangladesh. Yet these murderers have openly burned and shot my brothers to death. So how is it possible that the justice system of Bangladesh, those in important positions in the police, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the judiciary, who have served as advisors to the justice system, who have stood on the blood of the martyrs, and today you, the advisors, the police superintendents, the IGPs, the DIGs, the divisional commissioners, are acting dishonestly with their blood?"

He said, "We will implicate the entire police force of Bangladesh in this massacre - we will never say this responsible thing - I shot because the murderer Hasina gave the order. If Hasina gave the order to shoot, then where was your conscience as a person, as a human being, the humanity that you have sworn to the country, that sense of conscience. Why are those who could not judge that conscience, that humanity, those few bad police members who were directly involved in the murder, whose direct videos, pictures, and documents of the murder are available, not being tried? Those few bad police members have been sent to different places in Bangladesh in the name of posting. Is the punishment for murder transferred? Is the punishment for murder transferred from one district to another?
